Extra charges such as EDC/IDC, IFMS, club, car park, etc., will typically work up to 800/sft.

2. DISCOUNTS (bet you moved to this section first)

Inaugural discount (valid for initial bookings but stays on till 50%+ stocks get sold) — (NOT YET ANNOUNCED)

Dealer discount (this is valid till stocks last) — 3.5% on basic price

3. SIZES

(a) 3 BHK (2 Toilets) — 1,550 sft (This is the minimum size)

Booking Amount — 3,00,000

(b) 3 BHK (3 Toilets) — 1,800 sft

Booking Amount — 4,00,000

4. PROJECT PROFILE
