Note:
Eligibility to avail subvention scheme, for payments, shall be decided by the Bank/Financial Institution in their sole discretion IN ACCORDANCE WITH THEIR OWN POLICY.
Customer shall not be eligible for any rebate/discount, including Timely Payment Discount, offered by the Seller/Confirming Party under the subvention scheme launched by Bank/Financial institutions granting loan/finance.
Under subvention scheme, Interest on Bank loan till November, 2014 will be borne by the company.
* Development Charges ("DC") shall mean the amount chargeable by the Company from the Applicant(s) towards the external development of the complex/Parklands including provision for water supply, sewerage, drains, treatment and disposal of sewage, sullage and storm water, roads, electrical works, solid waste management and disposal, hospital, stadium/sports complex, fire station/s, grid sub-stations, etc and such other developments which shall be undertaken by the Company in addition to the works done by the Government of Haryana or through HUDA/DTCP or any other local body or authority and includes all charges as may be levied by any authority including DTCP like external development charges, internal development work and infrastructure development charges or any other charges as may be levied or enhanced in future by any authority alongwith service tax, as applicable.
